Welcome to The Forge Cashback Program (the "Program"). By registering for, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
- The Program is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
- The Program is not open to any individuals who are commercially linked to The Forge.
- Registration must be completed via our official website using a valid email address and phone number.
- Account membership is non-transferable and limited to one account per person.
2. Earning Cashback
- Members earn cashback rewards at a standard rate of 7% on qualifying food and beverage purchases made at The Forge Gastropub, Seminyak.
- To earn cashback, members must present their digital membership card at the time of payment.
- Cashback is calculated based on the total amount presented after discounts and before tax and service charge.
- Qualifying purchases exclude gift cards, merchandise, and third-party delivery service orders.
3. Redemption of Rewards
- Accumulated cashback balance can be applied as a monetary discount on future dine-in beverage orders only.
- Cashback cannot be redeemed for physical cash, transferred to other accounts, or used to purchase gift cards.
4. Expiration and Forfeiture
- Cashback balances remain active as long as the member completes at least one qualifying transaction every six (6) consecutive months.
- If an account remains inactive for 6 months, all accumulated cashback will automatically expire and be forfeited without notice. Forfeited rewards cannot be reinstated.
5. Modifications and Termination
- The Forge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any portion thereof; including earning rates, redemption caps, and expiration policies at any time with or without prior notice.
- Continued participation after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Governing Law and Limitation of Liability
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- The Forge is not liable for any technical failures, unauthorized account access, or direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the Program.
